Refund Policy

Swim Lessons and Summer Camp

There are no refunds are make-up days for classes missed during a swim lesson session or camp session.

If a child is sick, and misses more than 3 days, a refund will be given on a pro-rated basis. A note from the child's doctor is required to receive the refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a one week.

Terms and Conditions

  • Registration Fee. A non-refundable annual registration fee of $45.00 is due and payable on the day this Agreement.
  • Tuition. On or before the first of each calendar month, you will pay the Center a monthly tuition fee of $200.00 for after school and/or $60.00 for before school care to be provided during the following month. If you enroll your child in the Center during the middle of a month, you will pay, on or before the first day your child attends the Center, a portion of the monthly tuition fee, pro-rated on a daily basis for the period remaining in the month.
  • Methods of Payment: Payment must be made by bank draft from checking or credit/debit cards. If any payment is returned unpaid, you will owe a service charge of $25.00 in addition to other amounts due. Your child may not attend the center with ANY outstanding balances.
  • Absences: You are responsible for paying the full monthly tuition for each month your child is enrolled in the Center, even if your child is absent (due to illness or other cause) during the month.
  • Withdrawal by Parent: You will to have the right to withdraw your child from the program. However, you must give the Center Director 2 week written notice of withdrawal
