Introducing the two newest additions to our Fitness Machine lineup. They’re not “steppers” or “stair climbers”, though. They call them PowerMills and you’re going to love them!
Each machine is a revolving staircase that continuously targets the entire lower half of your body. Just like actually climbing a long flight of stairs, you’re going to feel each step in your quads, hamstrings and glutes. That targeted training will help you burn around 360 calories in 45 minutes. Feel the burn!
Crank Up the Intensity
If you want to supercharge your session, try adding resistance or increasing the speed. You can even try interval training by ramping up the speed or resistance for bouts of 30 seconds or so. Get ready to sweat!
